The Wagga Murrumbidgee Club will host eight races on Friday, May 4th with the Bendigo Bank Wagga Gold Cup over 2000m, featuring on the card.

Last start winner a Skye And Me will compete in a class one showcase handicap over 1200m with Jake Duffy aboard jumping from barrier 9, with a field of 16 to compete.

Skye And Me is a four-year-old Bay mare having start number three with the latest effort seeing the Oratorio Mare finish first of 10 at Kyneton over 1100 m when ridden by Jake Duffy landed the maiden prize by half a length.

Race five will see the Rules Club Wagga Queen of the South F and M benchmark 70 handicap over 14 with Purrpussful to be ridden by Josh Richards jumping from barrier 11 and Makfli Lass to be ridden by Ms Kayla Nisbet jumping from an awkward barrier 15.
