Lord Laurie To Compete At Wagga On Thursday

The Craig Widdison Yard will saddle up one runner to the Wagga Murrumbidgee turf club meeting on Thursday, May 4 with fine conditions forecast racing on a soft five.

The single stable runner will enter in race eight with Lord Laurie to compete in the Harrison's Joinery Class two handicap over 1400 m with the runner to be partnered by Brodie Loy jumping from barrier (2) with a field of 13 to compete.

Last time out he raced at Wangaratta on March 31 finishing third of 14 over 1170m, contesting a BM58 Hcp with Nic Souquet aboard arriving 0.95 lengths behind the winner Allisam in a time of 1:08.80.
